That’s me and my glorious hair. Considering that the rest of me ain’t so hot I should celebrate what is.
I was excellent for two days and then bad. Well, not really. The plan is advancing as the days do.
1. No fried foods
2. No sugar except for birthday cakes (I know, I know, but there aren’t birthday cakes around very often and it was Alex’s birthday)
3. alternate sodas with water
4. Push veggies
I wasn’t bad. I just ate chips and dip at Alex’s party because things were stressful and I couldn’t concentrate on the watermelon I brought) and I did a lot of baking with whole wheat flour and blueberries and splenda and then ate too much of it.
So Rule number 5. Only eat whole wheat/splenda muffins or whatever on Sundays.
I’ll get there. my head’s in the right place. So apart from concentrating on that, I’m working on the book, cleaning my office (more later), trying to get to the pool, keeping out of Tim’s business (not my circus, not my monkeys).
